I set this up to auto-post since I am currently in Sacramento with my family, at my father's side, probably making fun of him and his hospital attire.

This was taken a couple of weeks ago. I love the green and the cloudy sky. It is such a part of our spring weather.

There's something mystical about trees. I often find myself taking pictures of trees - I find their form fascinating. I often find bits of trunk or the twist of a branch meritous of a dozen of more shots from different angles and with different focal lengths. Today I was hiking at Mission Peak and as I descended to the parking lot I found this lovely tangle of a tree and couldn't help but imagine it in an array of colors beckoning the fairies and sprites.
